The 344.60 driver does not fix the black screen problem of Test 1, I don't know whether it is an NVidia bug or 3DMark bug. Despite saying "fixed" it is not fixed.

Encoding the 8K version broke x264, it chrashed in one go until I found the setting wich works. Still the file size is enormous.

3DMark 06 Bullet-Time slow motion, recorded in up to 1800 fps (and speed up on unimportant scenes).
This video slows down on the warp in, on the big gun, a shot box, and on the final blow against the door. You'll be able to see details you won't see else.
Check: Quite some sparks are not calculated in the full possible timing, while others are.
Check: The machine-gun has three barrels, but comparing the flashes on the ground and the face with the gun rotation suggests it is a six-barrel gun.
Check: The final blow with the big gun, see the pipes in the back, they get bent BEFORE they are hit by the blow reflection. Apart from that: You can actually see the blow energy being reflected back.
